If you are having difficulty with the "Remember My User Name & Password" feature, you may need to clear your browser's cache and/or modify some of your browser's settings.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4:
- On the menu bar at the top of the browser window, click View, then Internet Options...
- In the dialog box that appears, find the section that deals with Temporary Internet Files and click Settings...
- In the dialog box that appears, where it says Check for newer versions of stored pages, make sure that the Every visit to the page radio button is clicked.
- Click OK to return to the Internet Options... dialog box.
- Click the Delete Files button to clear the browser's cache. In the dialog box that appears, click OK. This could take a few seconds if the cache is very full.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options... dialog box.
- Close the browser and reopen it before visiting EntrustCapital.Com again.
If you are using Internet Explorer 5:
- On the menu bar at the top of the browser window, click Tools, then Internet Options...
- In the dialog box that appears, find the section that deals with Temporary Internet Files and click Settings...
- In the dialog box that appears, where it says Check for newer versions of stored pages, make sure that the Every visit to the page radio button is clicked.
- Click OK to return to the Internet Options... dialog box.

If you are using Netscape 4:
- On the menu bar at the top of the browser window, click Edit, then Preferences...
- In the dialog box that appears, click on the + next to the word Advanced to expand that section. Click on the word Cache within the section.
- Click the Clear Memory Cache button. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
- Click the Clear Disk Cache button. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
- Where it says Document in cache is compared to document on network, make sure that the Every time radio button is clicked.
- Click OK save your changes and exit the dialog box.
- Close the browser and reopen it before visiting EntrustCapital.Com again.
